Travis Barker is suing the energy drink company for unauthorized use of his image. Barker is asking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
Rock star (the drink) has removed photos of the rock star (the one full of skin ink) from their website.
All this rock star talk makes me want to play Guitar Hero!
And who do I vote for? Rockstar, the drink. Something to keep me up! Not much I can say for Travis' music.

A complaint has been filed with the California Board of Psychology alleging Dr. Oprah illegally practiced without a license when he paid a visit to rabid woman Britney Spears in the hospital recently.
From the complaint it has been learned that the doc never had a license to practice in California.
Great, Britney Spears finally sees a doc and he turns out to be without a license. Our favorite loon just can't get a break!
